Sim Card (Telkom) Procedure, Terms and Conditions

It falls to the principal member (the payer) to contact 1LIFE4SURE to receive their Telkom SIM card. With a postal address for sim card to be delivered,
1LIFE4SURE must be contacted via

It falls on the principle member to activate the SIM card.
FAILURE to do this does not affect the monthly policy in any way; it only affects the member who will/would use the SIM card.

These SIM cards are a promotional offer.

It is the responsibility of 1LIFE4SURE to load the SIM cards with the stipulated amount on SIM cards issued ONLY by 1LIFE4SURE.

These SIM cards follow Telkom rules and regulations (The product received cannot be exchanged for products by another service provider; The product does not "Carry over" or "add-on" to the previous month if it is not used. If it is not used it expires.

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all clients receive their products, issues may arise, therefore we ask that if you do not receive your product on the stipulated date please contact 1LIFE4SURE to rectify the issue.
